Actress Kareena Kapoor has multiple reasons to enjoy Raksha Bandhan. One because of the festival and secondly because of the success of her movie, “Lal Singh Chadha” starring Aamir Khan in the lead role. For the unversed, the movie is an official remake of Tom Hanks, “Forrest Gump.” Kareena was spotted last day near her father’s house to gather for the family celebration in a green kurta set. Designed by Begum Pret, this one looks extremely pretty.

The kurta is worked in zari silk and showcases hand embroidery detailing on its neckline. Moreover, it finds its match in organza detailed pants with lace embroidery towards the hem. The dupatta on the other hand complements the set with its hand embroidered florets and sheer make.
She wore a pair of oxidized silver earrings to go with the outfit. We also loved her pair of ivory handiwork juttis from Fizzy Goblet. A messy bun with minimal makeup and a pair of goggles completed her look.
